Job Title: Digital Project Manager - Hospital Build

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team and support the digital workstream of our new hospital build. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Architect, ICT, and broader redevelopment team to provide project management and business case development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to deliver digital solutions aligned with clinical service goals and organisational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
  3. Work with the Redevelopment programme team to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and iteratively improving systems to meet evolving clinical service needs.
Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Post-graduate IT qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in IT related discipline.

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation Qualified.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute complex project plans.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical infrastructure projects across several services.
