We are seeking a skilled Digital Trade Manager to drive the growth of our Wickes Solar sales by leveraging digital marketing strategies and tactics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to increase traffic and visibility of Wickes Solar on our website and stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales for Wickes Solar
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, CRM, Social, and Retail, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including agency partners, to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues/risks
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive action and optimize marketing spend
  • Develop and present performance summaries and insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of driving growth and sales through digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and data-driven insights
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and CMS systems
