Job Title: Digital Trade Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trade Manager to join our team at Wickes, focusing on the growth of our Wickes Solar business. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving enquiry form submissions and growing Wickes Solar sales by operating across various digital and marketing functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Planning - Develop and coordinate the Wickes Solar marketing plan, ensuring delivery of activities, measuring results, and optimizing for maximum impact.
  2. Content Creation - Ensure the website content is relevant and engaging, providing users with compelling reasons to choose Wickes Solar and submit an enquiry form.
  3. Traffic Driving - Collaborate with our Digital Marketing, CRM, Social, and Store teams to drive traffic and visibility of Wickes Solar on the website and stores.
  4. Reporting and Insights - Set up reporting with Analytics and Insights colleagues to track Wickes Solar KPIs performance and surface key insights to drive improvements.
  5. Representation - Be the voice of Wickes Solar Digital within the broader Digital Team and across Marketing, ensuring a deep understanding of the business and its goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Excellent planning skills, stakeholder management, and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to articulate performance summaries and insights.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, CMS systems, and Excel.
