Wickes Solar Digital Trading Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Wickes, focusing on the growth of our Wickes Solar business. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving enquiry form submissions and growing Wickes Solar sales by operating across various digital and marketing functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Wickes Solar Marketing Planning - Develop and coordinate the Wickes Solar marketing plan, ensuring delivery of activities, measuring results, and optimising the Wickes Solar website.
  2. Content Creation - Ensure the content on the website is relevant and delivers the best possible informational content to users, providing reasons to choose Wickes Solar and submit an enquiry form.
  3. Traffic Driving - Work with our Digital Marketing, CRM, Social, and Store teams to drive traffic to the Wickes Solar website, ensuring coverage and optimisation of marketing spend.
  4. Reporting & Insights - Set up reporting with Analytics & Insights colleagues to report on Wickes Solar KPIs performance and surface key insights to drive improvements.
  5. Representation - Be the 'voice' of Wickes Solar Digital within the broader Digital Team and across Marketing, ensuring a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues/risks.

As a Digital Trading Manager, you will have at least 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce, with a broad understanding of various KPIs. You will be an excellent planner, stakeholder manager, and data-driven insights user, with the ability to articulate performance summaries and insights.
