Accounts Executive Opportunity

Wise Employment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team in Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to grow and develop the commercial client base.
  • Identify and secure new clients through effective business development strategies.
  • Support Senior Managers and Directors as required.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activity to achieve client growth targets.
  • Present and attend client meetings to build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate with new and existing clients to grow the profitability of the office and the business.
  • Help clients ensure key gaps are covered and deal with compliance-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Previous business development experience.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients and projects.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
