About the Role

At EPAM, we're seeking a seasoned Consulting Senior Manager/Director to lead our growth propositions efforts in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions, driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects, leveraging data analytics, experience design, and digital product expertise.
  • Equip account managers and sales teams with the knowledge and support needed to pursue high-value opportunities with clients and prospects.
  • Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals, and establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients to drive growth and close new deals.
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and maximize practice activities within our consumer industries portfolio.

Requirements

  • Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital, and innovative technology-focused areas, such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and Hospitality.
  • Extensive knowledge in loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, and subscription/recurring business models domains.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to lead people and build a scaling practice.
  • Proven ability to manage client consulting engagements and digital innovation transformation programs to completion.
  • Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (business proficiency in additional languages is desirable but not required).
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
