Financial Services Regulatory Associate

We are seeking a talented Junior Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join our expanding Financial Services Regulatory team in London. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team that supports both national and international clients in the consumer and retail financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on the structuring and regulatory aspects of transactions, including necessary notifications and approvals.
- Handling supervisory engagements with regulatory bodies, including responding to regulatory interventions and managing authorizations.
- Assisting with internal investigations, systemic liability assessments, and remediation exercises.
- Advising on conduct risk management and regulatory issues related to firm failure and insolvency processes.
- 0-2 Years PQE
- A strong foundation in financial services law, with the ability to handle complex projects and a varied caseload.
- A particular interest in consumer financial services, with experience or knowledge in one or more sub-sectors.
- Experience in providing regulatory advice, particularly in areas such as business models, systemic liability, or complaint handling.
- A proactive approach to professional development, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
