Financial Services Regulatory Associate Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing the retail financial services practice, providing strategic and commercial legal advice on a range of financial regulation matters, and actively engaging in business development activities with clients and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop the retail financial services practice
  • Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of financial regulation matters
  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to members of the team and supporting junior lawyers
  • Actively engage in business development activities with clients and potential clients

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years post-qualified experience
  • Experience in retail financial regulation at a well-regarded private practice
  • Hold at least a 2.1 degree and have received training from a reputable source
