London, Greater London, United Kingdom This Week In Fintech Full time
Financial Services Regulatory Specialist

We're a bank for companies who want to build and launch financial products. Our context is rapidly changing, with technology companies embedding financial services into their apps and user journeys. However, companies still rely on legacy banking infrastructure, which is slow, expensive, and complex. Our bank is fully regulated, API-first, developer-centric, and purpose-built to serve innovative fintechs and brands.

We're looking for a Financial Services Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assurance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our regulatory compliance and risk oversight. You'll work closely with our Economic Crime and Risk teams and Internal Audit team to deliver a collaborative combined assurance model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing regulatory gap analysis, deep dives, and independent monitoring reviews in line with our second line assurance plan.
  • Preparing documentation detailing assurance findings for presentation to our regulatory bodies.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging regulatory changes and providing advice to our first line on required changes.

We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days off a year, flexible remote-friendly working, tax-advantaged stock options, and enhanced parental leave. If you're passionate about financial services regulation and risk oversight, we'd love to hear from you.
