The Financial Services team possesses extensive knowledge in the realm of digital assets, providing guidance to cryptocurrency exchanges and fintech companies in navigating the evolving regulatory environment. Additionally, the team offers advisory services to investment banks, wholesale market participants, asset management firms, and insurance providers.
Clients benefit from the team's adept handling of intricate national and international regulatory issues. Their expertise encompasses a wide array of critical areas, including regulatory transformations, enforcement actions, investigations, governance, risk management, compliance consulting, market conduct, complaint resolution, financial crime, and the regulatory dimensions of transactions or corporate restructurings.
The team is currently seeking a mid-level associate to enhance their London office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Services Regulatory matters, acquired from a reputable City or international law firm. In this role, you will engage in advising a diverse range of regulatory issues affecting banks, investment managers, insurers, insurance brokers, and various financial institutions.
