**Job Summary**

DA Financial Trading Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong risk management culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to align with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance testing and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of licensing applications and coordinate regulatory submissions and meetings.
  • Manage transaction monitoring and ensure systems are in place to detect and prevent financial crimes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including senior client stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
