Associate, Financial Services Regulatory
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Financial Services Regulatory team at Search. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our retail financial services practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop the retail financial services practice
- Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of financial regulation matters
- Provide support, coaching and guidance to members of the team and supporting the junior lawyers
- Actively engage in business development activities with clients and potential clients
Requirements
- 2-5 years post qualified experience
- Experience in retail financial regulation at a well-regarded private practice
- Have at least a 2.1 degree and have received training from a reputable source
