About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Leader to join our client's team in Dartford. As a Children Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. Job Overview:

Requirements:
  • Level 3 Leadership Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing a children's home or similar setting.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
