Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus an outstanding package

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the care delivery within our service in Dartford, Kent. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the staff team, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided, and liaising with regulatory bodies such as CQC.

The successful candidate will have a health and social care degree or equivalent qualification, as well as experience of working in a similar role. You will also need to have a clear enhanced DBS record and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the care delivery within the service
  • Manage and supervise the staff team
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as CQC
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
