Job Title: Senior Field Care Manager

Location: Dartford, Salary: £19,800pa.

Prestige Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Care Manager to lead our care team in Dartford. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of care supervisors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of care supervisors, ensuring compliance with legislative standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance management systems based on client outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment and induction of new staff members.
  • Participate in an on-call roster providing cover for unplanned absences.
