Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Care Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Livingstone Community Hospital in Dartford, North Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and compassionate professional to make a lasting impact on patient care.
About the RoleIn this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community. Working within a multidisciplinary team, your experience in diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions will be essential in ensuring positive health outcomes for our patients.
- You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis.
- Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective and plan clinical care accordingly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised Nursing Degree Qualification (or equivalent).
- Registration with the NMC.
- Experience with Frailty/older persons care.
- Evidence of achieving Autonomous Practitioner Competencies in Adult Nursing.
- A car driver's license and a clean UK driving record.
