Healthcare Admissions Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Admissions Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Admissions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting occupancy and resident experience by engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present to individuals and groups. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support occupancy and resident experience
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
  • Respond to sales enquiries
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Maintain a contacts database

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: £35,000 - £45,000 based on location and experience
