Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
- Develop and implement quality support plans for young people.
- Enjoy performance bonuses and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home.
- Two years' recent experience in children's residential care.
- Proficiency in therapeutic strategies for young people.
- Knowledge of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Full manual driver's licence.
