Job Summary

A fantastic primary school based in a picturesque town are seeking an experienced site supervisor to join their team. This is a long-term position with the potential for permanent employment.

The working hours will be 7am-9am and 3:30pm-6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute construction projects efficiently.
  • Managing orders and deliveries of building materials to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Organizing staff work schedules to maximize productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate site reports.
  • Attending site management meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making competencies. A good understanding of commercial practices and knowledge of building methods and regulations is also essential. The ability to motivate and lead a team is crucial for success in this role.
