We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Mechanical Site Supervisor in the MWH Treatment region.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the M & E Manager/ Lead Site Supervisor and be responsible for supervising and controlling all mechanical site activities in an efficient manner, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract timelines without compromising health and safety standards. Your role will also focus on delivering a high-quality end product by completing ITPs as work progresses.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Safeguarding employees, supply chain partners, and visitors by maintaining a safe working environment.
  2. Ensuring relevant HS&E documents are accurately recorded and reviewed when received, with a focus on utilizing the latest versions.
  3. Verifying that all necessary documents comprehensively describe the tasks to be performed.
  4. Reviewing and commenting on Method Statements and Work Instructions according to the Project Execution Plan.
  5. Supervising work to ensure it aligns with Method Statements and Work Instructions.
  6. Documenting project progress using record drawings or other suitable methods when required.
  7. Tracking non-conformities and improvement opportunities, agreeing actions with the person in charge of the works.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
