We are seeking an experienced Static Site Supervisor to join our talented team at Leigh Health Centre (Wigan). As part of our award-winning maintenance service, you will provide pro-active and re-active building maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards.

You will be involved in various tasks, including:

  • Liaising with the EWFM Service Desk to implement EWFM and client reporting systems on client properties
  • Acting as EW Health and Safety Representative, conducting routine health and safety checks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Contributing to the development of the premises ethos and culture as part of the client operational team
  • Supporting the client's core activities
  • Carrying out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment
  • Checking the site CAFM system and taking appropriate action

To succeed in this role, you will need to be methodical, organised, and have good DIY skills. You should also be approachable, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.
