CBRE Local UK seeks a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join its team in the UK. As a key member of the CBRE Local UK team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the grounds and exterior spaces of our clients' properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grounds maintenance, with experience in ensuring that all sites and buildings present a neat, tidy, and well-tended appearance. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including grass cutting and edge trimming, pruning bushes, shrubs, and hedges, clearing fences, walls, and gates of weeds, moss, algae, and other inappropriate plant growth, and ensuring that boundaries, roadways, parking areas, and pathway road markings are visible.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence, preferably with trailer towing category on your licence. You will also need to be able to perform the role to the required standard within a short period after completion of training. A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a related field is desirable, as is awareness of Grounds Maintenance specification and Job allocation software.
