Digital and Social Media Placement

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the management of our digital footprint and social media community. As a Digital and Social Media Placement, you will work closely with our Digital and Social Media Manager to create engaging digital and social media content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement digital and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate with the Digital and Social Media Manager and Centre teams to create original and engaging social media content across all platforms and channels.
  3. Update content across all group websites to align with our overall SEO strategy and adhere to required guidelines.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies and discuss these with the Digital and Social Media Manager and Head of Marketing.
  5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and reviews in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Track and analyse website analytics, social media growth/engagement stats, and marketing campaigns to measure ROI.

  1. Work with the Digital and Social Media Manager to ensure all social media leads and complaints are handled professionally.
  2. Understand and maintain brand identity across all marketing communications.
  3. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Person Specification
  1. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing.
  2. Proficient writing skills and ability to create engaging content for marketing communications.
  3. Understanding of how each social media channel differs and ability to optimise content accordingly.
  4. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent skills in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and image/videography packages.
  7. Comfortable with data analysis and preparing reports and summaries.
