Key Responsibilities

As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will work as part of the Integrated care team (LAP) to deliver high-quality services to residents with mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing interventions for residents with complex needs
  • Collaborating with other professionals to achieve identified outcomes
  • Managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements

We are seeking a qualified individual with experience in community or hospital settings. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A good understanding of IT systems, including MS Office, Work, and Excel
  • A valid UK driving license
