Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our design team at Architecture Social, a prominent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. Our team is dedicated to delivering impactful, safe, and sustainable residential projects that shape communities across the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you will play a vital role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with the design team from concept to completion. Your primary focus will be on residential schemes, both new builds and refurbishments, with a strong emphasis on high-rise and complex recladding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 2-6, with a primary focus on residential schemes.
  • Create and manage 3D Revit models for design development and construction phases.
  • Run multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely production of high-quality working drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation.
  • Attend client meetings, providing expert technical input and liaising closely with clients and contractors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential/housing design, particularly with high-rise and refurbishment projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations, as well as Design & Build Contracts.
