Job Overview

This Senior Architect role involves working across RIBA stages 2-6 on both refurbishment residential and new build schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for using Revit for concept design to construction issue information, meeting with clients to discuss drawings, attending site and speaking to contractors, and producing planning, building control, and construction issue drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD, ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect, and have proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector. They will also have experience with Design and Build contracts, strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
