Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-rise residential and new build developments, with a strong understanding of Building and Planning Regulations.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team on multiple projects, ranging from intricate high-rise tower block recladding schemes to expansive new build Residential estates. Key responsibilities include working across RIBA stages 2-6, using Revit for concept design to construction issue information, and meeting with clients to discuss drawings.

Senior Architect Job Requirements
  1. Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD
  2. ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
  3. Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector
  4. Experience with Design and Build contracts
  5. Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  7. Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield
  8. Full UK driving license
Senior Architect Salary & Benefits
