Senior Architect Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment is pleased to present a challenging and rewarding Senior Architect position with a reputable client based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Architect to join a growing, forward-thinking team of professionals working on high-rise residential and new build developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across RIBA stages 2-6 on refurbishment residential and new build schemes
  • Utilize Revit for concept design to construction issue information
  • Meet with clients to discuss drawings and provide expert advice
  • Attend site visits and communicate with contractors to ensure project success
  • Produce planning, building control, and construction issue drawings
Requirements
  • Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD
  • ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
  • Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector
  • Experience with Design and Build contracts
  • Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield
  • Full UK driving license
