Job Summary:

Hawksworth UK is seeking a skilled Voice Telecommunications Support Specialist to join their team. This is a technical support role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and administration for phones (desk & mobiles) and meeting room Cisco WebEx systems.
  • Engage in strategy, design, meetings, discussions, and projects related to telecommunications.
  • Manage ordering, stock, reporting, statistics, and service integrity checking.

Technical Requirements:

  • Cisco IP Telephony experience, including desk phone installation, administration, and support.
  • Cisco video conferencing systems management and support.
  • Trading voice turrets experience, including installing and using dealer boards.
  • Managing SIP service providers and SIP trunks.
  • Nice NTR voice recording experience, supporting call recording integrity and playback.
