Job Summary:

Hawksworth is seeking a skilled Voice Telecommunications Specialist to join our team as a Telecoms Support Technician. This is a technical support role that requires strong expertise in phone systems administration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and administration for phone systems, including desk phones and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Cisco IP Telephony systems.
  • Manage and support Cisco video conferencing systems, including meeting room equipment and users.
  • Install and configure trading voice turrets and dealer boards.
  • Manage SIP service providers and SIP trunks.
  • Support Nice NTR voice recording systems and ensure call recording integrity and playback.
  • Install and configure Cisco CUCM, Jabber, and mobile phones.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco video conferencing systems, and trading voice turrets.
  • Expertise in managing SIP service providers and SIP trunks.
  • Knowledge of Nice NTR voice recording systems and call recording integrity.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain phone systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Environment:

This is a technical support role that requires strong expertise in phone systems administration and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecoms and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
