Job Summary

Vision Voice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Director to join our team. As a Data Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager by providing exceptional support services. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor work projects and train individual team members to ensure overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage effective instructions and lead a team of Service Coordinators and Technical Implementation Specialists.
  2. Analyze business performance metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance proficiency.
  3. Collaborate with Business Solutions team leaders to resolve complex customer complaints.
  4. Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to simplify task initiation and completion processes.
  5. Prioritize customer satisfaction through performance goals.
  6. Conduct interviews and select candidates for Service Delivery staff positions.
  7. Perform other tasks as required by the role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry, including VoIP service provisioning.
  2. Experience with data networking technology is highly desirable.
  3. Multi-year experience supervising or directly managing a team, preferably in a traditional call center environment.
  4. Effective planning skills, including prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing time resources.
  5. Ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  6. Familiarity with the Windows operating system, including applications like Access, Excel, and Word.
  7. Experience with Salesforce CRM software is highly preferred, but experience with other CRM systems is also valuable.
  8. Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  9. A strong customer service approach and ability to resolve complex problems.
  10. Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly and apply them correctly.
  11. Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.

This role requires the ability to perform essential functions, including talking, listening, sitting for periods, and using fingers and hands.
