Job Overview

They will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and administering telephone systems, as well as providing face-to-face, telephone, and email support to end-users.

The role will involve a range of activities, including:

  • Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues with telephone systems and equipment.
  • System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining telephone systems, including Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco video conferencing systems.
  • Project Work: Collaborating with the telecommunications team to design and implement new telephone systems and infrastructure.
