About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Billing Department in Solihull, UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices to our customers across 25 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and audit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre in India to verify invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal business units, including Sales, Order Entry, Revenue Accounting, and Collections, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from internal customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Assist with billing KPI reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize our billing processes.
  • Participate in projects related to billing process improvements and system upgrades, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting principles, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to speak a foreign language is not essential, but highly desirable.
