Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centered care and support to residents, promoting independence and confidence
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care and support plans, ensuring continuity and consistency of care

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances. You will be empathetic and understanding, with a patient and caring approach that prioritizes the needs and well-being of others. In return, we will provide all the training and support you need to excel in this rewarding role.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
