About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team and work with us to deliver exceptional care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.
As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
We require a good understanding of elderly care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and a view to complete an NVQ 3. A strong understanding of the wider healthcare industry is also essential.
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
