This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in recruitment to take their career to the next level. As a BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in agency recruitment, who can interface with senior-level professionals and provide expert advice on recruitment solutions. A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets is essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK recruitment market, with experience working in senior recruitment roles. They'll also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The salary for this role is £50,000 + excellent bonus, making it a highly competitive offer in the industry. Based in Bristol, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients across different sectors, including financial services, technology, and more.
