">Responsibilities include:
">- Supporting students with Autism and ADHD in lessons and during outdoor activities
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to teachers and parents
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and support for students
Requirements:
">- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and objective in challenging situations
