Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a qualified teaching assistant to join our team and contribute to the education and care of our students. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and behaviour needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH and behaviour needs
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure that students receive tailored support
