Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner/PCP/ECP to join our dynamic team at Clifton Road Surgery. As a key member of our practice, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care, working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, treat, refer, and manage patients with a range of conditions, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure patients receive seamless care, promoting integrated and evidence-based practice.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the practice's quality targets, helping to sustain high standards of patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Clinical skills qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Prescribing qualification.
