About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/PCP/ECP to join our team at Clifton Road Surgery in Rugby. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients with minor injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, treat, refer, and discharge patients with minor injuries and illnesses.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless pathways of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multi-disciplinary agencies.
- Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and work within the scope of professional practice.
- Participate in continuing professional development opportunities to maintain up-to-date evidence-based knowledge and competence.

- Registered with NMC or HCPC.
- Clinical skills qualifications or evidence of equivalent experience.
- Prescribing qualification.
