As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with special educational needs, promoting their learning and development in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with additional needs
  • Promote positive behavior and manage challenging situations effectively
  • Aid pupils in their learning by facilitating engaging lessons and activities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
