Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on representing our vast portfolio of products to independent plumbing merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a territory covering a specific geographic area, with a focus on account management and new business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and our products.
- Represent our company and products in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- A competitive basic salary of £29,000.
- A company car for business use.
- An annual profit-sharing scheme, recognizing your contributions to the company's success.
- 25 days' holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
