Job Description

We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will be responsible for creating community links and activities that enable exceptional all-round care and support for residents.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that meet the needs of residents and their families
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality activities and events
  • Build strong relationships with local community groups and organisations
