About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Acton, Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and speech therapists.
What We Offer:
- A long-term temporary contract with a competitive daily rate of £96 - £110 per day.
