About the Role

As a Junior Partnerships and Affiliate Manager UK/IE at HelloFresh, you will be part of an exciting new growth initiative within the partnerships channel. You will be responsible for managing direct partnerships and affiliate programs for our two meal kit brands in the UK, including campaign setup, creative finalization, performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Partnership and Affiliate Manager in leading campaign management for all campaigns handed over by the Business Development team.
  • Manage live campaigns, partner retention, and performance within the UK market's direct strategic partnerships and affiliate programs.
  • Utilize tools such as Impact Radius and Awin to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • B/build strong relationships with direct partners and agencies to ensure seamless campaigns and great results.
  • Be the primary contact and support for strategic direct and affiliate partners in the UK.
  • Harness your data-driven mindset to optimize partner performance, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Create forecasts for your portfolio and track key account metrics to prepare and present regular performance analysis and insights.
  • Share learnings with other local markets to optimize campaigns.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the online marketing industry, ideally in affiliate marketing and campaign/project management.
  • Good knowledge of the UK affiliate and partnership landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms, and reporting dashboards such as Tableau, Impact Radius, and Awin.
  • Proficient English in written and spoken form, with other languages a plus.
  • Experience with app affiliate marketing a significant plus.
  • Critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize with determination and ambition.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with a passion for using data to support perspectives.
  • Able to articulate challenges and problems, with a swift approach to problem-solving.
