About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes across multiple trading entities, ensuring accurate records and compliance with UK financial regulations.

  1. Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate financial records and oversee transactions for multiple trading entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  2. Invoice Processing: Process and verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts, ensuring timely collections.
  3. Cash Flow Support: Support cash flow management by following up on overdue invoices and ensuring timely collections.
  4. Expense Approval: Review and approve employee expenses and vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
  5. Data Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, correcting discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.

The client is seeking a confident, experienced accounting professional with:

  1. Experience with Multiple Trading Entities: Proven ability to manage financial processes across diverse entities.
  2. Training in Financial Software: Advanced capability to run full accounts function in Xero.
  3. Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of bookkeeping or related financial roles.
  4. Knowledge of UK Financial Regulations: Understanding of relevant laws and guidelines.
