**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker for Vulnerable Young People to join our team. As a permanent position, you will be responsible for supporting families and young people in the Oldham and Rochdale area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support for vulnerable individuals (service users) for Semester.
  • Conduct welcome and induction for young people.
  • Provide ongoing support and monitoring of service users.
  • Inform service users of support groups.
  • Effectively use IT packages to support the work of Semester.
  • Proactively assist in the development of policies and procedures for Semester.

**Requirements**

  • You must have experience working within a similar setting.
  • Possession of NVQ3 Children & Young People Workforce or a similar qualification is desirable.
  • A full UK driving license with business insurance is essential.
