Senior Business Development Manager

Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions seeks a highly skilled professional to join our team in the UK.
We are offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
This role is part of the Global Sales, Marketing and Solutions Organization, reporting to the Head of International Lead Generation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met.
Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Broadridge products and services to match them with client pain points.
- Develop strategies to reach sales targets by collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
- Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client services or sales support.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively over the phone.
- Ability to influence others and persuade them to change their perspective.
- Must be service-oriented and demonstrate capability to actively look for ways to help.
