Demand Planning Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Vallum Associates as a Senior Water Demand Strategy Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand management strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing credibility with regulators and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement innovative demand management strategies that reduce leakage, household, and non-household consumption.
- To build and maintain relationships with senior management, executives, and key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and collaboration on demand strategy development.
- To establish credibility with regulators, stakeholders, and customers through transparent approaches to water resource management and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in water resources and demand strategy development, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with senior management, executives, and key stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: Up to £90,000 + car allowance
