Job Title : Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Water Treatment)

Future Build Recruitment is working with a medium-sized Civil Engineering contractor specialising in Water Treatment projects. They are known for delivering high-quality solutions that improve water supply, treatment, and distribution systems. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in various locations.

Main Responsibilities :
• Oversee and manage Water Treatment projects simultaneously, with values of up to £2 million, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork to drive project success.
• Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering sector, ideally with Water Treatment experience.
• Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Full UK driving license is required for site visits across multiple locations.
